Call Recording Overview (PRO)
Ooma Office Pro customers may choose to record calls for a variety of reasons, including:
- Creating a formal record of verbal sales transactions
- Creating opportunities for customer service or training improvements
- Complying with industry regulations or best practices
Once the feature has been enabled by the account administrator, the user will receive a notification email. Ooma Office can record all calls for one or more user extensions that you choose.
Recordings are made for all calls, whether they are incoming, outgoing, transferred, or conferenced. Recordings can be up to three hours in length, and are stored for 90 days. A user can review all calls recorded for their extension, while the Ooma Office admin can review all recorded calls for the entire company. Use of the call recording feature is included in your monthly Ooma Office Pro subscription for each user.
