On-demand call recording (PRO)
If your company subscribes to Ooma Office Pro , you may be able to start and stop call recording on demand. This feature is only available if:
- Your account administrator has enabled call recording for the company and
- Call recording has not been permanently enabled on your extension.
From an analog phone or an IP phone
You can start call recording by dialing *52 at any time.
You can stop recording by dialing *53 at any time.
From the Ooma Office mobile app
You can start call recording by tapping Call Actions while you’re in an active call. Choose Start Recording.
You can stop call recording by tapping Call Actions while you’re in an active call that is being recorded. Choose Stop Recording.
