How to download a recorded call (PRO)
Ooma Office Pro customers can download a recorded call by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as either a user or an administrator and navigate to the Dashboard page. Administrators can see recordings of calls from all users for whom the feature is enabled. Individual users can see only the recordings of their own calls.
- A list of the most recent calling activity will be visible in the Recent Call Logs section. Click View More Call Logs for a more detailed breakdown.
- From either interface, choose the call recording you’d like to download and click the corresponding button. The call will be downloaded as an MP3 file.
Ooma Office Pro users can download recorded calls in bulk by using the Actions menu. Use the Select Multiple Recordings option to choose the calls you’d like to download, then return to the Actions menu and choose Download filtered recordings.
