During the early access period, you can contact our Customer Care team to get started installing the Contact Us widget as soon as you’ve been {approved for an Ooma Business texting campaign}. Before long, texting with your customers will be a two-way street. Our Customer Care team will work with you every step of the way to generate the code necessary to get the widget installed on your site.

Once the Contact Us widget has been added to your website, your website visitor will see the web widget chat icon on the lower-right part of your website. That icon will bring them to the Contact Us form that you customized with our Customer Care team.

Visitors will be asked to submit their Name, a valid phone number, and their Message. When they have agreed to the terms and conditions, they will be able to Submit their message.

When the form is submitted, the visitor will receive a UI notification confirming that their submission has been received. Anyone at your company who has access to the Ooma Business Texting message box will be able to view and respond to the message by text or by phone call.
