Contact Us widget overview (Pro)
One of the perks of Ooma Business Texting is the Ooma Contact Us widget. We’ve done all the heavy lifting so you can put an easy way for customers to get in touch right on your website in just a few simple steps.
Once the Contact Us widget has been added to your website, your website visitor will see the icon on the lower-right part of your website. That icon will let visitors do the following:
- Message will bring them to the Contact Us form that you customized with our Customer Care team.
- Book in Calendar will let the user select an available time slot from the business’s calendar to self-book an appointmment.
When a visitor messages the company, they will be asked to submit their Name, a valid phone number, and their Message. They will need to agree to the terms and conditions, and then they will be able to Submit their message.
Once the message is sent, the visitor will receive a UI notification confirming that their submission has been received. End users will see the submitted message as an SMS in their inbox, either through the Mobile app or the Desktop app. They will be able to view and respond to the message by text or by phone call.
