Ooma Meetings is now more powerful than ever, with a brand new interface and a host of new and updated features. Here are some of the big changes that you’ll notice when you log in:

Updated tabs

A brand-new interface that lets you view scheduled (upcoming) meetings, recent (past) meetings, and rooms to host meetings.

Upcoming meetings will appear in the scheduled tab, while meetings you’ve attended in the past 90 days will appear in your recent tab.

You can even use the search box to find a specific meeting.

Better calendar integration

Meetings integrates with your connected calendar to include upcoming and recent meetings hosted on other services

Improved meeting creation flow

• Impromptu meetings can happen fast when you Start a new meeting
• Personal meetings now take place in your personal room
• You can schedule meetings in a new or existing room
