Stay on top of your schedule easily by integrating your calendar with Ooma. Ooma Meetingspro can link with Google or Microsoft account to sync your contacts and calendar.

When the accounts are connected, you can use Ooma Meetings as a one-stop-shop to view, join, and even schedule video conferences through Ooma or an external provider. You’ll be able to view your schedule from within the Ooma Meetings interface.

Calendar integration works both ways, so any time a meeting or event gets added or updated to one calendar the change will automatically appear on other.

To get started, you’ll need to integrate your Google or Microsoft account with Ooma by following the instructions in this article. Make sure to give Ooma access to both your contacts and calendar for full integration.

From there, you can view your calendar events by navigating to Ooma Meetings and going to the Scheduled tab. You will see a list of all your upcoming appointments and meetings, including meetings hosted via other services.

Each event has a detailed view that you can open by selecting it. You can Start or Join an Ooma Meeting, and you can launch a meeting through an external service right from schedule view.
