Ooma Meetingspro can integrate with your Google or Outlook calendar to sync your appointments and meetingseap.

You can see your entire schedule from within the Ooma Meetings interface, and you can automatically add your Ooma Meetings to your calendar without uploading them manually. Integrated calendars work both ways. In other words, meetings that you’ve scheduled in Ooma Meetings will appear on your calendar when you view it in its native application, and upcoming calendar events will appear in your Ooma Meetings calendar view.

To get started, you’ll need to integrate your Google or Microsoft account with Ooma by following the instructions in this article.

From there, you can view your calendar by navigating to Ooma Meetings and going to the Calendar section. You will see a list of all your upcoming appointments and meetings, including meetings held via other hosting services.

Each event has an overview and a detailed view. You can see an event’s detailed view by selecting it. You can Start or Join an Ooma Meeting, and you can launch an external service right from the calendar.
