How to turn external contact integration on [PRO]
Ooma Pro customers can turn on contact and calendar integration with Google or Microsoft by following these instructions:
Desktop application
- Launch the Ooma Desktop application and click your name in the upper-right corner.
- Choose Settings from the dropdown menu. Go to the Integrations tab.
- Select the connection button for the service you’d like to use.
- Use the popup window to log into your external account. You will need to accept the terms and conditions and grant permission for Ooma to access your personal contacts and calendar.
You can also enable contact integration through the Actions menu in your personal directory, or through the Ooma Meetings interface.
Ooma Office Manager
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an user and navigate to the Personal tab on the Directory page.
- Choose Connect Google or Microsoft Contacts from the Actions dropdown menu.
- Select the connection button for the service you’d like to use.
- Use the popup window to log into your external account. You will need to accept the terms and conditions and gran permission for Ooma to access your personal contacts and calendar.
You can also enable contact integration through the Actions menu in your personal directory, or through the Ooma Meetings interface.
That’s it! Your imported information will now begin to appear in the Ooma Desktop app and Ooma Office Manager.
