Ooma Office supports call holding on all devices, including single-line analog phones that are plugged into an ATA device, a Base Station, or an Ooma Linx phone port. Callers who have been put on hold will hear your company’s Music on Hold file if it has been enabled by your account administrator. Once a call has been put on hold, it can be transferred to another extension or voicemail box, conferenced with another call, or resumed.
