If you are using the Ooma Office desptop app or the Ooma Meetings desktop application and you need to shift focus to another program, a background thumbnail will automatically appear in the corner of your screen.

You can use the background thumbnail to do the following:

• Mute and unmute your microphone
• Toggle your camera on and off
• Leave the meeting

If you don’t need the thumbnail, click to close it.
