If the phone connected to your Ooma Linx doesn’t get a dial tone, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  • If the system status indicator light is solid amber, try moving the Linx closer to the Base Station
  • If the system status indicator light is blinking amber, visit ooma.com/linx-setup for instructions on how to register the device to the Base Station
  • Verify that the Ooma Office Base Station is powered on and working properly. The system status indicator light should be solid blue
