Shared Voicemail Box overview (Pro Plus)
A Shared Voicemail Box is a voicemail box that can be accessed and monitored by multiple users. This useful feature allows several people to keep track of unanswered calls to shared extensions like a Virtual Receptionist, Ring Group, or Call Queue.
Once a Shared Voicemail Box has been created, an admin can assign members who have permission to monitor the box. The Shared Voicemail Box can also be assigned in call flows for shared extensions.
An Ooma Office account can have up to 10 Shared Voicemail Boxes. Each Shared Voicemail Box can have up to 10 members and up to five additional email addresses.
