The way you’ll complete your return depends on how you purchased the product:

Purchased through Ooma

If you purchased your hardware through Ooma, you’ll need to contact our Customer Care team to cancel your service and move forward with your return. You will need to pay for the cost of shipping your hardware back to Ooma.

Purchased through a third-party seller

If you purchased your hardware through a third-party seller like Costco, Best Buy, or Amazon, you’ll need to start by contacting our Customer Care team to cancel your Ooma service. Once your service has been cancelled, you can return your hardware to the retailer that you purchased from.
