Ooma IP phone says "No Account" or doesn't display the extension number
If your Ooma IP phone is not displaying the appropriate extension information or if it is showing a “No Account” message, the following steps can help you troubleshoot the problem:
- Confirm that the IP phone is assigned to a user by following the instructions in this article.
- If the device is already assigned to a user, restart it by disconnecting its power supply and waiting for 30 seconds. Reconnect the power supply and wait while the phone reboots.
