Introduction

Setting up your Ooma GBX20 Expansion Module is quick and easy. Follow the instructions below to connect the Expansion Module to your Ooma 2624 or Ooma 2615 IP phone.

Step 1: Install the Connector Plate

Remove the rubber cover on the back of the Expansion Module. You will see the slots for the connector plate. Insert one side of the connector plate into the IP phone and the other end into the Expansion Module. Secure the plate with the provided screw.

Step 2: Install the Connector Cable

Connect the micro USB end of the connector cable to the EXT port on the Expansion Module. Connect the other end of the cable to the USB port on the IP phone.

Step 3: Install the Stand

Align the stand with the slots on the back of the Expansion Module. Slide the stand to the right until you hear a click.

NOTE: You should connect the power supply to the GBX20 when daisy chaining multiple GBX20’s on a single phone.

Your GBX20 Expansion Module is now installed and ready to be used.
