Ooma Office Pro Plus users can integrate Ooma with AgencyMVP to use Ooma as their texting platform.

Before you can get started, an account admin will need to take care of some initial setup. This is a one-time process, so once it’s done you won’t have to worry about it again:

1. First, the admin will need to purchase the AgencyMVP integration from the Admin Integrations tab.
2. Once the integration has been enabled, the account admin will need to assign at least one (certified-for-texting)[/office/ooma-business-texting-overview] number to your account.
3. The admin will also need to select which user phone numbers will be linked to the master texting phone number.

When your account admin has finished the initial setup, you can enable the integration by following these instructions:

1. From your AgencyMVP account, go to Account Settings and find the Texting Provider field.
2. Select Ooma Office from the dropdown menu.
3. Save your changes.
4. Next, go to Account Settings and select Connect Your Account.
5. Log in to your Ooma Office account establish the connection.

You can only manage your account’s connection to Ooma Office from the AgencyMVP application.

Once integration is enabled, Ooma will capture incoming and outgoing text messages and save them in your connected Ooma Office account. You can even use the Ooma Office desktop app to text from your computer.

Keep in mind that only text messages sent to and from an Ooma Office phone number will be saved to your Ooma Office account.
