There are a few usage limitations for Ooma Business Texting:

Message Length

There is a 2,048-character limit for outgoing text messages (approximately 12 regular-length text messages).

Inbox Limit

You can send and receive as many messages as you would like, but your inbox cannot have more than 5,000 messages in it. The inbox limit for Ooma Office Pro customers is 10,000 messages.

Toll-Free Numbers

At this time, you cannot send and receive messages with Ooma Office toll-free numbers.

Number Porting

Texting is available to users who have ported in a phone number as soon as that phone number has been transferred to Ooma.
