If you have received an email stating that your account administrator has enabled CRM integration for your accountpro plus, you can log into your Ooma Office account right in Salesforce. The following features will also be unlocked:

  • Salesforce CRM records for the caller-ID phone number will appear for incoming and outgoing phone calls
  • Phone calls will be automatically logged in Salesforce
  • Tasks against the matching Salesforce record will be automatically created

To get started, open Sales force and look for the Ooma Office module in the lower part of your screen. Log into Ooma Office using the same credentials you’d use to log into the End User Portal or Desktop application.

That’s it! You can now use Ooma right from Salesforce. Calls to and from phone numbers with matching Salesforce records will create popups on your screen that contain the caller’s information. You can update your preferences for the Screen-pop mode in the Settings menu.

Note that you will need to use an Ooma Office device like an IP phone, the mobile app, or the Desktop app for audio and call control functions.
