How to view a Call Queue's live statistics (Pro Plus)
You can view a Call Queue’s live statistics by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Call Queues page in the Dashboard section.
- Go to the STATUS tab.
- If necessary, use the search box to find the Call Queue you’d like to review.
- You can review the following live statistics for a Call Queue:
- Calls in queue: The number of calls currently awaiting an answer.
- Max wait time: The length of time the oldest call in the queue has been waiting.
- Average wait time: The average amount of time all calls in the queue have been waiting.
- Online members: The Call Queue members that are currently online and either on a call or available to take a call.
