You can view a Call Queue’spro plus live statistics by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Call Queues page in the Dashboard section.
  2. Go to the STATUS tab.
  3. If necessary, use the search box to find the Call Queue you’d like to review.
  4. You can review the following live statistics for a Call Queue:
    • Calls in queue: The number of calls currently awaiting an answer.
    • Max wait time: The length of time the oldest call in the queue has been waiting.
    • Average wait time: The average amount of time all calls in the queue have been waiting.
    • Online members: The Call Queue members that are currently online and either on a call or available to take a call.
