If you would like to configure the Wi-Fi network name and password for a single device, you can follow these instructions:

1. Make sure that IP phone you’d like to configure is connected to your network with a hardwired Ethernet connection. Don’t worry; you’ll be able to disconnect the phone later.
2. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Devices page.
3. Locate the IP phone whose Wi-Fi settings you would like to update and click the corresponding line.
4. Click the Network tab.
5. Fill in the Network Name and Network Password.
6. Click Save.
7. Reboot the IP phone to ensure that the changes have been saved. Once the phone is finished rebooting, you can disconnect the Ethernet cable and install the phone anywhere you’d like.
