Ooma Office supports call waiting on all extensions. When you’re on the phone and another call comes in, an electronic beep will sound to let you know that someone else wants to talk. If your phone is caller-ID capable, the second caller’s caller-ID will appear on the screen.

If the phone you’re using is connected to an Ooma Office Base Station, you can disable call waiting for a single call by dialing [*70] before you dial your number. Phones that are connected to an ATA device are not compatible with this feature.
