How to upload a call list (Pro+)
Before your agents can begin using the automatic dialer functionalitypro plus, you’ll need to upload at least one call list.
Follow the instructions below to get started:
- Navigate to the Auto Dialer module in Ooma Office Manager or the Desktop or Mobile app.
- Using either the menu (mobile) or the menu (desktop), select the Add a call list option.
- You will have the option to either Download a CSV template or Select a file. Download the CSV template if you’ve never uploaded a call list to Ooma before. You will need to use the spreadsheet program of your choice to make sure your data conforms to the CSV template.
- Upload your CSV file. On a desktop computer, you can drag and drop the CSV file directly into the window.
- If necessary, fix any errors that are flagged during the upload process. When the file is error free, your call list will be uploaded and ready for your agents to use.
