Before your agents can begin using the automatic dialer functionalitypro pluseap, you’ll need to upload a call list. Currently, you can only upload one call list at a time.

Follow the instructions below to get started:

  1. Navigate to the Auto Dialer module in Ooma Office Manager or the Desktop or Mobile app.
  2. Using either the settings menu (mobile) or the add menu (desktop), select the Add a call list option.
  3. You will have the option to either Download a CSV template or Select a file. Download the CSV template if you’ve never uploaded a call list to Ooma before. You will need to use the spreadsheet program of your choice to make sure your data conforms to the CSV template.
  4. Upload your CSV file. On a desktop computer, you can drag and drop the CSV file directly into the window.
  5. If necessary, fix any errors that are flagged during the upload process. When the file is error free, your call list will be uploaded and ready for your agents to use.
