How to upgrade your Ooma Office account
If you’re ready to upgrade your Ooma Office account to a higher service tier, all you have to do is follow the instructions below:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to Billing on the Account page.
- Use the button for the service tier you’d like to upgrade to (Ooma Office Pro or Ooma Office Pro Plus).
- Read through the information in the pop-up and confirm your selection.
You will receive an email to confirm that your account has been upgraded.
Please keep in mind that whichever service tier you choose will be enabled for all users on your account. You cannot selectively upgrade certain user extensions.
