You can now activate Do Not Disturb (DND) mode in the Ooma Office mobile app. When DND mode is activated, incoming calls will not ring through to your mobile phone. If you have other Ooma Office devices, those other devices will still ring. If the mobile app is the only device that is currently receiving incoming calls, the call will roll directly to voicemail.

Do Not Disturb will function in both VoIP and Cellular mode. You can still make outgoing calls while DND is active.

You can toggle DND on and off by following these instructions:

iOS

Tap the DND button in the upper-left corner of your screen. You can toggle DND between off () and on ().

Android

Tap to open the Settings menu, then tap Do Not Disturb to toggle it off () and on ().
