How to turn call recording off for a user (PRO)
Ooma Office Pro customers can turn call recording off for a user by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
- Locate the user whose calls you would like to stop recording.
- Under the Features tab, uncheck the box beside Record Calls.
- Click Save.
The user’s calls will no longer be automatically recorded.
