Follow the instructions below to use the Ooma Desktop Application PRO to start a conference call in your extension’s conference room:

  1. Log in to the Ooma Desktop Application.
  2. Click the start conference button to bring up the Ooma soft phone. It will be pre-populated with the information necessary to call in to your extension’s conference room.
  3. Choose the device you will use to make the call from the “Dial Using” menu at the top of the soft phone. When you send your call, the device you selected will ring. Pick it up to complete your call. If you use the Desktop App to complete the call, make sure that you have a headset or a microphone and speaker setup.
  4. Click call to make your call.
