How to share an online booking page with customers (Pro Plus)
As soon as you’ve created an online booking page, you can share it with an invitee by following these steps:
- Launch Online Bookings in the Ooma Office or Ooma Meetings app.
- Select the online booking page you’d like to share.
- Use the Copy link option to copy a link to the booking page to your clipboard. You can send this link via email or any messaging service.
Sharing your connected calendar will allow an invitee to select an open time slot to meet.
When a time slot has been selected, the invitee will be taken to a page with the booking page’s custom message and any custom fields that have been added. The invitee can Submit the request and reserve that time slot.
A reserved time slot will be automatically entered into both your Ooma calendar and your linked Microsoft or Google calendar.
