When a call wraps up, you can have the user select from a list of dispositions to describe the call’s result. A few example dispositions may include:

  • Sent to voicemail
  • Call complete
  • Call back

You can create and manage the available disposition options by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Navigate to System, then navigate to the Integrations tab.
  3. Go to the Auto Dialer tab.
  4. Under the Dispositions subtab, you can do the following:
    1. Create a custom disposition using the +Add Disposition menu
    2. Edit a custom disposition by finding the disposition you’d like to update and using the pencil icon
    3. Delete a custom disposition by finding the disposition you’d like to delete and using the trash icon

The updates to the dispositions will be reflected for all users who interact with the auto dialer.
