How to retrieve a parked call

If a call has been parked for you, the way you can retrieve it may vary based on the device you’re using:
From the Ooma Desktop app
If you’re using the Desktop app’s dialer, simply use the Pick Up button to retrieve the call.
If you’re using the Call Park module in the Desktop app, you’ll be able to see calls in the company’s shared parking spots or that have been assigned to your extension. Use the Pick Up button to retrieve the call you want.
From an analog or IP phone
- Select a line or go off-hook.
- Press *41, followed by the parking spot number.
- If you are using an IP phone, you can press # to speed up the retrieval.
From the mobile app
Press *41, followed by the parking spot number.
