You can reset a user’s voicemail PIN by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to Devices under the Settings page.
- Locate the user whose voicemail PIN will be updated and click the corresponding line.
- Under the Voicemail tab, manually enter a new PIN.
- Click Save.
When you are done, you will need to tell the user their new PIN. This information is not sent via email.
