You can reset a user’s voicemail PIN by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to Devices under the Settings page.
  2. Locate the user whose voicemail PIN will be updated and click the corresponding line.
  3. Under the Voicemail tab, manually enter a new PIN.
  4. Click Save.

When you are done, you will need to tell the user their new PIN. This information is not sent via email.
