There are two ways to remove a device from the multicast paging group. Once a device is removed from this group, it will no longer broadcast multicast paging announcements.

From the Devices page (single device)

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to Devices under the Settings page.
2. Locate the device that you would like to remove from the multicast paging group and click the corresponding line.
3. Go to the Advanced Settings tab.
4. Uncheck the box beside the option to play multicast announcements on this device.
5. Click Save.

From the System page (multiple devices)

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
2. Click System, then navigate to the IP Phones tab.
3. Click Select Devices under the Multicast Paging header to bring up the Multicast Paging window.
4. Uncheck the devices you would like to remove from the multicast paging group.
5. Click Save.
