The way you will access your voicemail to update your voicemail greeting or name will vary depending on the device you are using:

From an Ooma Office analog phone

1. Pick up your phone and dial your own extension number.
2. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
3. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 2 from the submenu to record a new name.

From another Ooma Office phone (any type of hardware)

1. Dial your internal extension number and wait for the call to roll to voicemail.
2. Press [*] and enter your PIN.
3. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
4. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 2 from the submenu to record a new name.

From an Ooma IP phone

1. Press the Message key.
2. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
3. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 2 from the submenu to record a new name.

From a Yealink IP phone

1. Press the MESSAGE button.
2. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
3. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 2 from the submenu to record a new name.

From a Cisco IP phone

1. Press the Voicemail button.
2. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
3. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 2 from the submenu to record a new name.
