When you receive a phone call to your Ooma Office extension while logged into Salesforce, the following will happen:

• All your Ooma Office devices will ring. Take the call on whatever device you’d prefer.
• If there is a matching record for the caller-ID phone number within Salesforce, that record will pop up. If there are multiple matching records, you can select the one you’d like to view.
