If you have already set up a Ring Group, you can update its extension number by following these instructions:

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
2. Locate the Ring Group that you wish to manage and click the corresponding line.
3. Click the dial-in numbers tab.
4. Start typing a new extension number between 1000 and 1199 (or between 1000 and 9999 for Ooma Office Pro customers ). The dropdown menu will update with available options as you type. If there are no available extensions that meet your criteria, you will see a message stating that there are no available options.
5. Click Save.

If you would like to update the Ring Group’s direct dial phone number, you can do so by following these instructions:

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
2. Click Phone Numbers.
3. Locate the number that you wish to reassign to the Ring Group and click the corresponding line.
4. Choose the Ring Group as the numbers’s new destination from the drop-down menu.
5. Save your changes.
