How to make a phone call with Ooma Office in Salesforce (Pro Plus)
Once you have logged into your Ooma Office account within Salesforce
, you can make calls in a few ways:
- Open the Ooma Office module and enter the phone number into the text box. Use the call button to initiate the call.
- Select a phone number within a Salesforce record to initiate a call to that phone number.
All your Ooma Office devices will ring. Simply pick up the device of your choice to connect the phone call.
To streamline this process, you may want to set your Ooma IP phone to auto-answer on incoming calls. To do this, go to Settings -> Call Settings -> your username -> Enable Auto-Answer.
