How to enable or disable a user's emailed voicemail notifications
You can enable or disable a user’s emailed voicemail notifications by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
- Locate the user whose email notification preferences will be updated and click the corresponding line.
- Under the Voicemail tab, click the checkbox to toggle a user’s emailed voicemail notifications on or off.
- Click Save.
