You can enable or disable a user’s emailed voicemail notifications by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the user whose email notification preferences will be updated and click the corresponding line.
  3. Under the Voicemail tab, click the checkbox to toggle a user’s emailed voicemail notifications on or off.
  4. Click Save.
