Call Park is available in the Desktop App for users in the Pro pricing tier and above. This feature must be enabled by an account admin before it can be made available to users.

Follow the instructions below to enable Call Park in the Desktop App:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Call Park tab on the System page.
  2. Check the box beside the Enable Desktop App users to monitor and answer parked calls option.
  3. Save your changes.
