Once you have created a Call Queuepro plus, you can edit its settings by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Select the Call Queue you’d like to edit to bring up a modal window.
  3. Make any necessary updates.
  4. Save your changes.

You can edit the following settings for a Call Queue:

Basic

  • Update the Call Queue’s name
  • Toggle whether you’d like to prepend the name to caller ID
  • Change the Call Queue’s extension number
  • Change the Call Queue’s phone number

Call Handling

  • Change the Call Queue’s initial greeting
  • Change the Call Queue’s comfort music
  • Change the Call Queue’s ringing mode
  • Change the Call Queue’s ring duration (the number of rings before the Call Queue considers the call unanswered)
  • Change the Call Queue’s instructions for unanswered calls

Members

  • Add new members to the Call Queue (up to 25)
  • Update the Call Queue’s membership using the Edit members link
  • Remove a member by selecting the x beside their name

Voicemail

  • Use click to call to record a new voicemail greeting
  • Change the Call Queue’s voicemail PIN
  • Toggle whether the system announces voicemail instructions for callers
  • Toggle emailed voicemail notifications on and off and decide what happens to voicemail messages afterwards

Advanced

  • Choose the maximum number of callers in your Call Queue (up to 25)
  • Choose how the maximum length of time callers will wait in the Call Queue before it is considered unanswered
  • Choose whether to allow Call Queue members to change their availability status
  • Update the amount of time a member has between calls before their phone can ring again (up to five minutes)
  • Choose a ring tone (desktop phones only)
