If you find that Ooma Office Pro or Ooma Office Pro Plus is not the right fit for you, you can downgrade your account by contacting our Customer Care Team. You may downgrade one service tier at a time. In other words, Ooma Office Pro Plus users will first need to downgrade to Ooma Office Pro before downgrading a second time to the Essential service tier.

Please keep in mind that you cannot selectively downgrade some users while leaving others on a more advanced account type.
