If you’re no longer using one of your custom schedulespro, you can delete it. You cannot delete a schedule that is currently in use, so before you follow the instructions below make sure that you have assigned different schedules to all your Virtual Receptionists.

You can delete a custom schedule by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Schedule tab on the Edit Virtual Receptionist page.
  2. Locate the schedule you want to delete and choose Remove schedule from its menu.
  3. Confirm that you’d like to delete the schedule.
