If you have already set up a Paging Group, you can configure its settings by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the Paging Group that you wish to manage and click the corresponding line.

Once you have gained access to the Paging Group’s settings window, you can update the following options on each tab:

Basic

  • Change the Paging Group’s name.
  • Add or remove the group’s members.

Numbers

  • Update the Paging Group’s internal extension number.
