If you’d like to check a Call Queue’s voicemail, you can do so by dialing *98, followed by the Call Queue’s extension number. For example, if the Call Queue is assigned to extension 1001, you would dial: *981001. When the call connects, you will be prompted to enter the Call Queue’s voicemail PIN.

By default, new voicemails will generate an email alert to the account administrator. This email will contain the voicemail’s audio and an automated transcription.
