The way you will change your voicemail PIN will vary depending on the device you are using:

From your Ooma Office analog phone

  1. Pick up your phone and dial your own extension number.
  2. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
  3. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 3 from the submenu to record a new name.

From another Ooma Office phone

  1. Dial your internal extension number and wait for the call to roll to voicemail.
  2. Press [*] and enter your PIN.
  3. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
  4. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 3 from the submenu to record a new name.
  1. Press the MESSAGE key.
  2. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
  3. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 3 from the submenu to record a new name.

From a Cisco IP phone

  1. Press the Voicemail button.
  2. Select option 5 from the main voicemail menu.
  3. Select option 1 from the submenu to record a new greeting, or option 3 from the submenu to record a new name.

From the End User Portal

  1. Log in to the End User Portal and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Navigate to Voicemail.
  3. Change your voicemail PIN.
  4. Click Save.
