If you have already set up the Conference Line, you can update its internal extension number by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the Conference Line and click the corresponding line.
  3. Click the Numbers tab.
  4. Start typing a new extension number between 1000 and 1199 (or between 1000 and 9999 for Ooma Office Pro customers PRO). The dropdown menu will update with available options as you type. If there are no available extensions that meet your criteria, you will see a message stating that there are no available options.
  5. Click Save.

If you would like to update the Conference Line’s direct dial phone number, you can do so by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Click Phone Numbers.
  3. Locate the number that you wish to reassign to the Conference Line and click the corresponding line.
  4. Choose the Conference Line from the dropdown menu as the number’s new destination.
  5. Click Save.
