You can purchase hardware and services to enhance your Ooma Office setup by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Store page.
  2. Choose an IP phone, accessory, or service to purchase.
    • You can see additional information about an item by clicking the Learn More link to see its description and price.
    • If you would like to continue, choose your quantity and click the Buy button to proceed.
  3. Verify the information about the shipping contact for the location the purchase will be shipped to.
  4. Review the payment method and summary of your order. If you are satisfied, click Submit Order to finalize your purchase.
  5. Click the Location dropdown menu under the Shipping header to choose the location your purchase will be sent to. You can choose to use an existing location or to add a new location. You can check a specific location’s shipping address by hovering over the location in the dropdown.
