How to add and remove members from a Ring Group
If you have already set up a Ring Group, you can update its member list by following these instructions:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
- Locate the Ring Group you’d like to manage and select the corresponding line.
- Go to the Members tab and select Edit Members. If you have a Hybrid Ring Group, you’ll need to choose which subgroup’s members you’d like to edit.
- Use to add new users and devices from the list on the left. Use to remove existing users and devices from the list on the right.
- Save your changes.
