If you have already set up a Ring Group, you can update its member list by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the Ring Group you’d like to manage and select the corresponding line.
  3. Go to the Members tab and select Edit Members. If you have a Hybrid Ring Grouppro, you’ll need to choose which subgroup’s members you’d like to edit.
  4. Use right arrow to add new users and devices from the list on the left. Use left arrow to remove existing users and devices from the list on the right.
  5. Save your changes.
