Adding a distinctive ringtone to a Ring Group or Call Queuepro plus gives group members an audible cue about the nature of an incoming call. This can be especially useful for users who are members of multiple Ring Groups.

Distinctive ringtones are available for all Ooma IP phones and all Yealink IP phones supported by Ooma. They will also play through the mobile app. You can enable them by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Locate the Ring Group or Call Queue whose greeting you’d like to add or manage and select the corresponding line.
  3. Go to the Call Handling tab and select Assigned Ringtone. You can choose from five different options.
  4. Save your changes.
