If your extension can be reached by dialing multiple phone numbers, you may want to choose which number appears on people’s caller-ID when you’re calling them.

You can manage your caller ID preferences by logging into the End User Portal and navigating to the Caller-ID option on the Settings page.

From there, you can select which phone number you want to use as your outgoing caller-id from the Outgoing Caller ID dropdown.

When you’ve updated your settings, be sure to Save your changes.
